Winter Yoga Series

This winter series is designed to counter the heaviness and sluggishness that can build during the colder months. We’ll begin slowly to arrive and ground, then use breathwork and a warming heating flow to build circulation, strength, and steady energy. Each class ends with a short meditation to help you feel clear, balanced, and settled.

Classes are stand alone and drop-in friendly, but regular attendance can support sustained energy, resilience, and overall well-being throughout the winter season.
