Anxious? Unsettled? Unfocused? The fall season has a way of stirring up our nervous systems- and it’s not your fault.
According to Ayurveda, fall is Vata season, marked by wind, dryness, and movement. It’s a time when anxiety rises, sleep gets disrupted, and our energy feels scattered. In the Grounded series, we’ll calm busy nerves, anchor the body, and quiet the mind.
Each session blends yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel safe, centered, and supported- no matter what’s happening outside ( or inside).
You don’t need to do more. You need to come home to yourself.
